Overnight Care

Gratitude Homecare – we provide an extra layer of assurance at a time when it is most needed.

Sometimes our elders are fine during the day, but the night is problematic for them. Having anxiety at night is not uncommon. Neither is becoming confused or frightened. Some conditions such as dementia are known to worsen at night. As a result, your loved ones may be more comfortable with additional assistance at night.

Many who have elderly loved ones express concern about their loved ones being alone at night. In some instances, we find families trying to address this concern with siblings sharing the responsibility to stay with a parent during the nighttime hours. Often, this is not sustainable – particularly with job and family responsibilities.
